Energy Australia rebrands - who did it? Please tell me!

Energy Australia is bought by Tru Energy and becomes… Energy Australia, thus the Tru Energy brand will cease to exist, it seems. The changes have been brought about by the sale of electricity infrastructure assets by the NSW Government and the creation of AusGrid, an entity to house the assets that will remain in NSW Government control.
I’m tracking down the studio in order to try and find out more info, and started writing about the work for Brand New. My initial reactions to this new logo are not very positive. The shading and glows on the ‘e’ marque are crudely applied and haphazard, and the inclusion of this treated lowercase e within the word marque appears very poorly considered, one look at the above visual, with the logo on a green background, speaks volumes (the above is a screen grab taken from the interim “we’re changing!” mini site).
Anyway, a full judgement needs to be reserved until I have crafted a proper review for Brand New, as well as get the full information from the studio responsible, of which I am still searching this out. Anyone know who did it?
